On-Site Service
On-site service is $50.00 per hour. If the repair cannot be completed in one hour we offer the following two options.
1) Stay on-site for the amount of time needed to complete the repair
2) Bring the item to be serviced back to the shop to complete the repair. Items returned to the shop by PC Doctor Technicians are given priority to insure timeliness of the repair. Your item will be delivered back to you upon completion of the repair.

Our Pc Doctors will come to make your sick computer healthy. We have
the expertise to assist you in both prevention and removal of the
latest viruses and spyware threats. Anyone who browses the Internet and
sends e-mails is vulnerable. Every computer requires virus and spyware
protection, and we can provide the necessary tools that you need with
fast and friendly on-site service.
If you think your computer has a virus or spyware, or would like to
protect your computer against these internet predators, call Doctor
Computer.
In-shop service is $55.00 flat rate and is completed
on a “first come first serve” basis. An estimate is
provided should replacement parts be needed to complete the repair.
Most repairs are completed within 2 to 3 business days.
Laptop repair labor is a flat rate of $75.00 for in shop service on internal hardware components.
Upon request, we will attempt to complete a repair within 24 hours.
Memory and most parts upgrades purchased from PC Doctor come with free
in-shop installation.
We appreciate the fact that many of you want to repair your own PC or
Printer. With that in mind, we charge a $35.00 diagnostic fee.
CD ROMS, Burners, DVD, floppy drives are installed in your computer at a flat rate of $25.00.
We also offer a pick-up and delivery service of $25.00.
We offer Laptop repairs and upgrades. It's always good to add memory or a bigger hard drive. We upgrade and repair all major brands of laptop computers.
